Voting Question: I just got my first ticket and I want to know how about to pay it off?

this ticket has 3 infractons (cop was an a$$) 1 for obstructon of licence plate 2 no front licence plate 3 talking on the cell phone. I got the first 2 writen off and I have to report to court on thursday just wanted to know do I have to dress nice, for southern california (indio) I was told it's just a window and you pay as if you are buying somthing.
